Warranty & Repairs
The Maria Frering Warranty certifies the authenticity and quality of the materials used in the creation of your jewellery. It also includes complimentary services such as embroidery repair, cleaning, and general maintenance for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Each piece is accompanied by a Warranty Certificate, which must be retained by the owner as proof of coverage.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, accidental impact, or exposure to chemical substances (including perfumes, cleaning products, and cosmetics).
