Exchange and Return Policy

You may request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order, directly through our website.

To proceed with an exchange or return, please contact us at london@mariafrering.com.

Conditions for exchange or return:

• The item must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and unworn;

• The jewellery must be accompanied by the Maria Frering Certificate of Authenticity.

Depending on your preference, the amount corresponding to the returned item can be:

• Refunded, according to the deadlines established by your credit card provider;

• Used as partial payment for a new item of higher value;

• Converted into store credit for future purchases.
