Shipping

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail within two working days of purchase.

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Orders shipped to the European Union are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Duties and taxes are calculated and paid by the customer at checkout, ensuring no additional customs charges upon delivery.

For orders outside the European Union, duties, taxes and customs fees are not included at checkout and may be payable upon delivery, according to your local customs regulations.

Customs processing times may vary by country and any delays caused by customs procedures are outside of our control.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. If for any reason it isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at london@mariafrering.com and we will arrange a return label for you.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept returns on pieces that show signs of wear.

Please note that duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in the event of a return.
